Getting started
What is a Revenue Growth System?
It's a connected setup that covers the full customer journey: how people find your business, how quickly they get a response, how they get booked, and how you bring them back for future work. Instead of buying separate marketing services, you get one system where each part supports the next.
How do I get started?
Start with the free Revenue Opportunity Calculator to see where your business may be losing revenue, or book a strategy call to review your current setup with us.
Do I have to start with all three systems?
No. Most businesses start with the system that closes their biggest gap and add the others later. Many start with Opportunity Capture, because it turns more of your existing leads into booked jobs.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Local home service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, water damage restoration, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, garage door, remodeling, and general contracting companies.
Working with HomewardFlow
Is HomewardFlow a traditional marketing agency?
No. A traditional agency usually sells individual services like ads or SEO and reports on traffic. We also build what happens after a lead arrives: response, booking, follow-up, and repeat business. Our goal is revenue, not just more leads.
Can HomewardFlow work with my existing CRM or software?
In many cases, yes. We work with your existing website, CRM, scheduling, and phone setup where possible, and only recommend changes where a gap is holding you back. Integration options depend on the specific software you use, so we confirm them during discovery.
How much does it cost?
It depends on which systems you need and the size of your operation. After a strategy call, we recommend a starting point and share clear pricing before any work begins.
How do you measure results?
By business outcomes: calls answered, leads followed up, appointments booked, reviews earned, and jobs won. We set up reporting so you can see where leads come from and what happens to them.
AI receptionist and automation
Will an AI receptionist replace my employees?
No. It handles the calls and messages your team can't get to, such as after-hours inquiries, overflow during busy periods, and routine questions. Your staff stays focused on customers and the work that needs a person.
What happens with emergency calls?
You set the rules. Emergency calls can be transferred to your on-call technician, trigger a text alert, or both, while the AI captures the address and details.
Do I need a new phone number?
Usually not. In most setups your existing number forwards unanswered or after-hours calls to the AI receptionist. We confirm the best option for your phone provider.
Is automated texting allowed?
Yes, with the right setup. Business texting in the U.S. requires customer consent and carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), which needs to be in place before automated texting goes live.
Marketing and reviews
How long does SEO take?
It depends on your market and competition. Local SEO usually builds over several months, while Google Ads and Local Services Ads can start producing calls soon after campaigns are approved.
Who controls the ad budget?
You do. You approve the monthly ad budget, and we show where it goes and which calls and jobs it produced.
Can you send review requests only to happy customers?
No. Google's policies don't allow filtering review requests to only satisfied customers or offering incentives for reviews. We send requests to every customer and help you respond professionally to all feedback.
